Nepal will be playing against the top teams from Big Bash League during the Top End T20 series in Asutralia, which is scheduled from August 14.

A total of 7 teams will be participating in the Top End T20 series which also includes the 'A' teams from Pakistan and Bangladesh. Apart from Nepal, Pakistan and Bangladesh, three top teams from the Big Bash League will also be aprticipating in the series. 

Defending champions Hobart Hurricanes will be joined by Melbourne Stars and Melbourne Renegades in the series. Similarly, the home side Northern Territory Strikers will be the seventh team to participate.

The Top End T20 2025 will be the second edition of the series. Last year, a total of 9 teams took part in the series with four of them from the Big Bash League. Bangldesh A and Pakistan A were part in the last edition as well. 



Adelaide Strikers are the defending champions of the Top End T20. The defeated Bangladesh A in the final by 32 runs. 

Nepal will kickstart their journey in the Top End Series with a match against the home side Northern Territory Strikers on August 15. After that, Nepal will take on Bangladesh A in the following day before taking on Melbourne Stars on 18th August. Nepal will play against Hobart Hurricanes on August 19 and Melbourne Renegades on August 20. Nepal will play their last match of the league phase against Pakistan A on 22nd August.

Number of top players from Australia is expected to take part in the Top End T20 Series along with emerging stars from Pakistan and Bangladesh. This series will hold a lot of importance for Nepal before heading to Oman for the ICC T20 Cricket World Cup 2026 Qualifiers.
