Nepal vs Myanmar – International Friendly

The Nepali Football Team is set to face Myanmar in a FIFA International friendly match. Myanmar is a relatively stronger adversary for Nepal, and this series aims to bolster the Nepali team's performance.

Both teams are gearing up for their FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers play-off games scheduled for the upcoming month.

Nepal is set to compete against Laos on October 12 and 17, in Nepal and Laos respectively. In a similar vein, Myanmar is lined up to clash with Macau.

Should Nepal advance to the second round, they will compete against the UAE, Bahrain, and the victor between Yemen and Sri Lanka in Group H of the subsequent round. These second-round matches will follow a home-and-away format, spanning from November 2023 to June 2024.

The Nepal vs. Myanmar match will take place at the Thuwunna Stadium, with the kickoff set for 4:15 pm Nepali time.
